“I have known the managing partner of MUNICIPAL CONSULTING & DEVELOPMENT, LTD for over 20 years. His Municipal Design Projects were of such good quality that our Board of Trustees retained Mr. Clarage to plan and design our Bond Issue Construction Funding for our new state of the art “First Response Facility” Fire, Ambulance and Regional Communication Center with a County Sheriff's Department Substation.

In addition, to our request for an upscale Residential Community Design, our only stipulation we placed in the contract was that Mr. Clarage would also build the facility for us as our Construction Manager. The Trustees were pleased that the facility came in on Budget and we were not hit with any “extras.” Due to the success of this project we retained Mr. Clarage for other facilities; our Fire District later recommended to the Elwood Fire Protection District that they use our architect, which they did. It saved them over a million dollars by taking our recommendation after their facility plan had come in a million dollars plus over budget.”
